Every Casa has a Market Kitchen on the ground floor: a restaurant, a lounge and a 24-hour room-service menu that does not shrink after ten. On a long stay, the kitchen matters more than the lobby. Ours cooks South Indian breakfasts, comfort food from home and a rotating menu from the chefs’ travels.
