Our story
A hotel group that started with one question.
Where should you stay when you come to Hyderabad for work? In 2014 the honest answer was a chain on the highway or a guesthouse. We thought the city deserved a third option.
How it began
The Financial District was rising. Nobody was building hotels for the people who worked there.
Celebrity Prime Hospitality began with a single boutique hotel behind Tabula Rasa in Nanakramguda. The guests were consultants, visa applicants, engineers on six-week rotations and founders visiting ISB. They wanted a room that felt considered, a kitchen that stayed open late and a front desk that remembered their name.
That hotel became Trunk & Trolley. The long-stay guests who kept asking for kitchens became Casa Hotel. And the weddings and company off-sites we kept being asked to host became Zen Convention, a five-acre venue on Shankarpally Road.
Today the group owns and operates seven properties in Hyderabad and is building three more in Warangal, Bangalore and Goa. We remain what we were on day one: a hospitality company that chooses its addresses by commute, designs its rooms for people who actually live in them, and puts its own name on every door.
Twelve years
One property at a time.
We have never opened a hotel we did not build ourselves. Growth has been deliberate, and funded by the properties before it.
How we work
We own, we develop, we operate. Usually all three.
01 · Own
Our capital, our risk
Every property in the portfolio is owned by the group or by partners who co-invest alongside us. We do not run hotels we would not put our own money into.
02 · Develop
Designed in-house, built to last
From site selection to the last light fitting, our design and projects team leads every build. It is why a Casa kitchen and a Trunk & Trolley duplex both feel unmistakably ours.
03 · Operate
Run by people who stay
Our general managers have an average tenure of six years. Guests notice, and so do the corporate accounts that renew with us year after year.
Where we are
Hyderabad first. Then the cities that work like it.
We look for the same thing everywhere: a business district growing faster than its hotels. Warangal, Whitefield and North Goa each fit.
